It's pretty low poly it'll look pretty boxy and jagged around the joints when you bend it if you decide to rig it.
That can be easily fixed with the subdivide tool or the subdivision surface modifier.
But over all for your first model it's looking symmetrical, the anatomy and proportions look good.
I'd say you're way better at Blender than I was when I first started.
